Purpose and operation

This is a personal invoice bot operated by Shuki Habuba. It runs on the account owner’s local computer, reads invoices from their Gmail account, and sends invoices to their CPA and the CPA’s external accounting system.

Google account data

The bot accesses invoice-related email content and invoice files through the Gmail permissions authorized by the account owner. It uses Gmail access to identify and read invoices and to send invoice emails to the CPA for accounting purposes.

Storage and retention

Invoices are stored on the account owner’s local computer for long-term record keeping. There is no fixed automatic deletion period. Copies sent to the CPA or their external accounting system are subject to that recipient’s retention and privacy practices.

Sharing

Invoices and associated information are transferred to the CPA and their external accounting system for accounting purposes. The CPA or the accounting-system provider may hold and process those copies outside the owner’s computer.

Your controls

The account owner can stop running the local bot and revoke its access through Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops further authorized Gmail access; it does not itself delete invoices already saved locally or delivered to the CPA’s system.

For questions about local records or to request deletion, contact the operator. For copies held by the CPA or the accounting system, contact the CPA.

Informational website

This website explains the bot and its privacy practices. It does not provide access to invoices or the connected Gmail account.
